Incoming template control

    The output quality directly depends on the incoming template quality. The incoming templates are thoroughly checked against the normative and technical documentation. The points that are checked include the conformity of dimensions, surface condition, chemical makeup and mechanical characteristics, availability of associated documents.

Product quality inspection

    In the process of pipe joints manufacturing, the quality inspection is carried out on all stages. While the pipe joints are being manufactured, both the dimensions and mechanical characteristics are checked. Besides, all the necessary tests are performed.
